How long it takes for my subscription to be activated?
After successful payment, your account and premium subscription are automatically created and you can start downloading premium content right away.
Can i purchase a single tutorial in particular?
Yes many of the tutorials can be purchased individually through the VHX service. You can see a list of the tutorials which can be purchased as standalone here: https://psdbox.vhx.tv/browse
Keep in mind that purchasing an individual tutorial does not create any account or membership on our website. PSD Box still controls sales through VHX but transactions made through VHX have no relationship with this website.

Is it safe to give my credit card details?
Our web encrypts the connections with our visitors using an SSL certificate (see the https on the address bar and the lock icon on your browser) to minimise the chances of your data to be intercepted.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes we offer refunds. You can check our refund policy here.
I made a payment but I cannot log in. What should I do?
First, please make sure that the payment was actually made. Check your bank account or paypal and see if the money was charged on your account. If it did and you did not receive any confirmation emails from PSD Box and you cannot login, contact us right away.
Why no subscription show up on my account/profile?
It’s possible that on your account page, no subscription details show up. if that’s your case, maybe it’s because you’re on a page used for older users. Please check the alternatives below:
If you’re sure that you have an active subscription but you can’t find the details on any of the pages above, check if you can download any premium content after you login. If you can’t and have problems finding your subscription details please contact us.
I’m logged in but I still cannot see the download links.
If you are logged in and you have an active premium subscription but you still cannot see the download links and you see a warning message instead, try the following:
- Make sure your subscription did not expire
- Delete your browser cache and cookies
- Go to account page and save your profile data to force the system to re-sync your account info.
- Try another browser and/or computer
If none of the above work contact us.
Why I cannot see the Online Streaming player?
Online streaming is a feature only available to Premium PLUS users. If you have a Premium BASIC subscription you will not be able to see the online player but you can download the full tutorials and watch them on your computer.
What currency are you using?
Prices are displayed in euros (€) but if your country currency is different from euro you will be charged the equivalent amount. You can manually check the conversion rate using any online currency converter like this one. The final price you pay will depend on the current exchange rate from euros to your country’s currency. All prices include VAT.
Why the final price is different than what is displayed on the site?
The prices that are listed on the website don’t include VAT thus the amount you will pay depends on the VAT tax of your country which is added to the price listed on the site (keep in mind that the prices on our site are expressed in (€) euros).
However, users from the United States or other country outside EU don’t pay european VAT.
Can I use my VAT number to deduct VAT?
Yes, on the final step of the checkout form you can simply change the customer type to Business and after you input your valid VAT number the tax will be deducted.
What happens when my subscription expires?
You will no longer have access to the premium content. Your account will not be deleted but you will have to renew your subscription in order to be able to continue downloading premium content.
My premium subscription will be renewed automatically?
No. Premium memberships are non-recurring, which means you will have to manually renew it when your current subscription expires.
